Por 8 pers :
-5 cl of water
-70g of granulated sugar
-5 pink grapefruits
-40 cl of Champagne Nowack
Brut Rosé
Champagne Nowack wish you a good appetite.
Iced-grapfruit drink with Champagne Nowack Brute Rosé
1- Boil the water in a saucepan, add the sugar, boil again and then cook slowy
for 3 min. Let this syrup cooling down.
2- Squeeze the grapefruits and pecolate the juice through a fine strainer
in order ti clear it. Pour the juice in a bowl and add the sweet syrup.
3- Add the Champagne Nowack Brut Rosé.
4- Freeze this mix in the icing machine for 25-30 min.
If you do not have an icing machine, put the mix in a plastic bowl in the
freezer for 3 hours.
Cool champagne's flutes in the frezzer for 10 min.
5- Pour 2 tablespoons of the iced-grapefuit drink
+1 tablespoon of Champagne Nowack Brut Rosé.
6- Serve immediately as a frozen dessert as a "trou champenois.
